Packbot <\/span><\/h2>\n

The PACKBOT cell is designed for product packaging, i.e. picking up products (vials, jars, bottles, etc.) from a conveyor and packing them in a container (cardboard trays – with or without dividers -, plastics, crates, etc.). PACKBOT is generally installed in the cold-end and decoration sectors (after decoration machines: silk-screen printing, pad printing, etc.). <\/p>\n

This packaging operation is made possible by a combination of robotics and cutting-edge vision technology, which detects products arriving on a conveyor, one after the other, in order to pick them up and insert them into the trays. Our cells are perfectly adapted to different glass colors (clear, lacquered, multi-color, glossy, matte, etc.). <\/p>\n

The number of robots in the PACKBOT cell is defined according to your production rates. <\/span><\/p>\n

Unpackbot<\/span> <\/span><\/h2>\n

The UNPACKBOT cell is the “sister” of the PACKBOT cell, and is used for unpacking products. Placed close to the infeed conveyor of the decorating machine, the robot cell unpack the products (vials, jars, bottles, etc.) contained in trays (cardboard or thermoformed plastic) and place them on the infeed conveyor of the decorating machine, perfectly spaced apart. <\/span><\/p>\n

Here too, the robot is guided by a high-performance vision system to detect products and optimize gripping speed and precision, whatever the shape or color of your products.<\/span><\/p>\n

The UNPACKBOT cell is usually used in the decoration sector, to automatically feed screen printing and pad printing machines, ….<\/span><\/p>\n

Often equipped with a single robot, it can handle up to 70 products\/min as standard.<\/span><\/p>\n
